Laboratorio di Pratica Baduanjin Elettronico FASE 1 (电音八段锦练功房第一期)

We’re planning to do something rather interesting here in Milan.
最近在米兰，我们准备做一件有点有意思的事情。

We’re bringing together traditional Chinese Bāduànjīn and the rhythms of electronic music in the same space.
把中国传统八段锦和电子音乐的节奏放在同一个空间里。

And so, this little experiment was born: ‘Electronic Bāduànjīn Practice Room.’

于是就有了这个小实验：「电音八段锦练功房」

The class will begin with the basic movements of traditional Bāduànjīn, focusing on physical relaxation, breathing, and the rhythm of the movements. Gradually, we’ll discover the connection between the body and the breath. Once you’re familiar with the basics, we’ll also try incorporating the exercises into a musical rhythm, exploring a freer state between body, breath, and rhythm.

课程会先从传统八段锦基础动作开始，学习身体的放松、呼吸与动作节奏。慢慢找到身体和呼吸之间的关系。在熟悉基础之后，我们也会尝试把练习放进音乐节奏的环境里，探索身体、呼吸与节奏之间更自由的状态。

The course consists of 5 introductory sessions in total, suitable for complete beginners. At the end of the course, there will be a full-group practice session and an outdoor demonstration. If your practice is outstanding, you may have the opportunity to join the APICAIA Electronic Music Baduanjin Practice Group and take part in cultural events or performances in the future.

整个课程一共 5节入门课程，适合完全没有基础的人参加。课程最后也会进行一次整体练习和户外展示。如果练习表现优秀，还有机会加入 APICAIA 电音八段锦练功队，未来一起参与文化活动或表演。
