DESCRIPTION:We’re planning to do something rather interesting here in Milan.\n最近在米兰，我们准备做一件有点有意思的事情。 \nWe’re bringing together traditional Chinese Bāduànjīn and the rhythms of electronic music in the same space.\n把中国传统八段锦和电子音乐的节奏放在同一个空间里。 \n  \n  \nAnd so\, this little experiment was born: ‘Electronic Bāduànjīn Practice Room.’ \n于是就有了这个小实验：「电音八段锦练功房」 \n  \n  \nThe class will begin with the basic movements of traditional Bāduànjīn\, focusing on physical relaxation\, breathing\, and the rhythm of the movements. Gradually\, we’ll discover the connection between the body and the breath. Once you’re familiar with the basics\, we’ll also try incorporating the exercises into a musical rhythm\, exploring a freer state between body\, breath\, and rhythm. \n课程会先从传统八段锦基础动作开始，学习身体的放松、呼吸与动作节奏。慢慢找到身体和呼吸之间的关系。在熟悉基础之后，我们也会尝试把练习放进音乐节奏的环境里，探索身体、呼吸与节奏之间更自由的状态。 \n \nThe course consists of 5 introductory sessions in total\, suitable for complete beginners. At the end of the course\, there will be a full-group practice session and an outdoor demonstration.
